Screen Printing
Screen Printing, which is also known as Silk Screening, is a method of printing graphics on a garment using thick inks that lay on top of the garment rather than soaking into the garment. Screen Printing is what most companies use and, back in the day, was the only major way to create bulk amounts of custom t-shirts.
The machine used for screen printing is called a "Press". Harwinton Graphics works with a press that is capable of printing up to 6 colors on the same garment.
Harwinton Graphics guarantees each garment gets printed with 2 layers of ink. By printing 2 layers of ink we can extend the life of the print, making the customers
garment last as long as possible.
Embroidery
Embroidery, is a method of creating designs and logos using needle and thread. Most embroidery is done using an embroidery machine, but some might consider embroidering by hand. Embroidery machines come in all kinds of shapes and sizes. There are single needle machines and multiple needle machines, there are also multiple head machines that are used to embroider multiple garments at once. Harwinton Graphics uses a 10 needle, single head embroidery machine. Clothing is not the only thing that can be embroidered, if you need a bag, blanket, or towel embroidered we could do everything mentioned and more.
